The primary objective of the Product Operations Specialist role is to facilitate and maintain a continuous and meaningful engagement between our product teams and our esteemed customers.
Organize and schedule meetings and interviews with customers (emails and calls) for PVcase product team members.
Create and support the process of automating customer interview scheduling
Monitor the communication frequency by multiple product team members with the same customers
Work with Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM) “Salesforce” and process client information
Communicate with team members daily to understand who are the right people to contact
Use the PVcase customer relationship management system to maintain up to date information about customers.
Attend sales meetings and/or training to get in depth knowledge of company's products, target audience and ideal customers
Organize insights and user feedback around the product to enable product managers to make informed decisions and focus on the right problem for the right customer.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
Experience in building relationships and setting up meetings with customers.
Experience in using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Productboard, Mixpanel, Calendly would be an advantage.
Proactive, self-driven, critical thinker, able to operate with minimal guidance.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in Customer Support, Customer Relationship Management, Administration would be an advantage.
