As our Dutch & English speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll be on the front lines, answering queries and providing support to our customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and our app. You'll use your excellent communication skills to identify customer needs and help them navigate our features and services. You'll also be responsible for updating our internal databases with feedback about technical issues, feature requests, and other useful information to help us continuously improve our offerings. Not only that, but you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams to help shape the future and follow through on projects.

As we are operating in many countries across Europe, speaking and writing multiple languages is a big plus. For this role we are looking for someone who is available for at least 32 hours per week (preferably 40). As salary we pay €15.63 / hr if you have below 2 years of experience and €16.33 / hr if you have above 2 years of experience.
