Job Description

As an SDR Team Lead, your primary focus is to drive the success of the team by maximizing lead generation, optimizing processes, and developing the skills and capabilities of the SDRs under your supervision.

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Set goals and targets for lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Conduct training and development sessions for SDRs.
  • Optimize sales prospecting and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align strategies.
  • Participate in hiring process to find the best talents on the market.
  • 2+ years of previous experience as an SDR/BDR Team Lead or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to train and mentor SDR team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Past work experience in a bottom-funnel role (Account Executive or Account Manager) is a huge plus.

Salary Range: The salary for this role is 35-45k EUR gross/year + uncapped commission.
