We are looking for you as an addition to our Tech-Team in Berlin or Hamburg. 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity and charging infrastructure. In tech we have two main work streams:

• Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this 

• Operating System for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations 

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as the Chief of Staff to the VP Development. This role will play a critical part in supporting the VP in driving strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across the department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

• You act as a multifunctional interface between the individual stakeholders and divisions of 1KOMMA5°

• You support the management, implementation and coordination of operational or strategic projects with cross-location significance

• You support the VP Development as we continue to expand and scale the Tech organization of 1KOMMA5°

• You prepare and structure fundamental IT and technology decisions for the future of 1KOMMA5°

• You track the progress of our projects, take responsibility for planning and controlling (e.g. progress reporting) with the VP

• You support the VP in day-to-day operations and strategic issues

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics/Industrial Engineering/Computer Science or a comparable field

• You are analytical, structured, reliable, have an interest in renewable energies and want to get started on our Tech mission with our VP

• You have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in IT project planning or consulting, renewable energies or project management

• You have a hands-on mentality and think and act independently and autonomously as a matter of course

• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English

• You are up for a challenging job  in a dynamic working environment with a willingness to travel

• You are confident working with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs and tools such as Github and Jira are no foreign words for you
