You will take our revolution across Europe, owning and growing relationships with key clients, scout and secure new B2B partnerships, and strategically align our product with their brand portfolios. You will shape how our sustainable chocolate enters retail, guide the full product lifecycle from concept to shelf, and act as a trusted advisor to your clients. A Taste of What to Expect <ul><li>Lead and expand relationships with existing customers, while identifying and closing substantial new business deals</li><li>Proactively scout, develop, and secure new B2B partnerships (brands, manufacturers, retailers) across the confectionery and chocolate sector</li><li>Use your deep industry knowledge to strategically align ChoViva’s product offerings with partners’ brand portfolios, shaping how our sustainable chocolate alternative enters and performs in retail channels</li><li>Oversee and manage the full product lifecycle for new clients: from initial concept and development, through production coordination, to retail placement and reorders</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor and senior stakeholder contact, supporting clients to integrate ChoViva, scale their orders, and maximize success long term</li><li>Represent Planet A Foods in physical events as well as online channels to increase brand awareness and forging high-impact connections</li><li>Drive internal excellence: develop and implement best practices, refine sales processes, and set elevated standards to support scalable growth</li><li>Help scale ChoViva across the EU, shaping and executing a growth strategy that aspires to transform the chocolate industry through sustainability and innovation</li></ul> The Perfect Recipe of Skills &amp; Experience Core Ingredients:<ul><li>You have at least five years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the consumer goods, food, confectionery, or retail sector, with a track record of closing medium to large accounts and managing long sales cycles</li><li>Strategic account management skills: you’re used to navigating complex stakeholder structures, understanding decision-maker dynamics and tailoring stakeholder-specific strategies for each account. Imagine a world without chocolate. Horrifying, right? But the supply of cocoa is endangered and chocolate is as bad as meat for our planet. We make future-proof chocolate using precision fermentation. Doing this, our chocolate is 10x more sustainable and 20% cheaper than conventional chocolate. In order to mimic the organoleptic properties of chocolate (tender, smoothly melting taste release) we are working on the flavor itself but also on replacing the cocoa butter. 55 Mio lbs of chocolate are consumed every day. By 2035 we will substitute a big chunk of it through our sustainable chocolate.
