Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

What can you expect?

• You introduce our customers to the platform and accompany them step by step in their projects
• You will establish a good and preferably long-lasting customer relationship
• Thanks to our diverse clients, you can choose whether you want to focus on specific sectors or regions and thus develop into a specialist, or whether you prefer to build up a varied and diverse client portfolio
• You can constantly add new clients to your portfolio - so it will always be exciting and varied

What should you bring along?

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience
• You work in a structured and independent manner and are a real team player
• You are always customer-oriented and enjoy dealing with international business customers.
• You should have experience in sustainability and/or compliance
• You have an affinity for software/apps and have already gained experience in the administration of software solutions
• You ideally already have experience in purchasing and supply chain management
• You communicate clearly and have a good command of language and English. Another foreign language would be an advantage
