What you'll be doing?

• Manage Technical Aspects of DSP Equipment

  • Hands-on proficiency in operating and maintaining DSP equipment, coupled with advanced knowledge to perform complex troubleshooting of process and equipment failures, as well as the development of technical assessments.

• Utilize Standard Process Techniques

  • Showcase your proficiency in non-chromatographic standard process techniques such as filtration, extraction, centrifugation, precipitation, and drying, starting from 20 liters working volumes.

  • Characterize proteins using SDS-PAGE, BCA assay, and other biochemical assays to determine protein purity and quality attributes.

• Expertise in Microbial Processing

  • Apply your experience in the safe and effective processing of microbial samples.

• Process Modeling and Up-scaling Knowledge

  • Support in process modeling, development, optimization, and up-scaling to enhance recombinant protein production.

• Hold a Master's degree with hands-on DSP industrial experience in protein processing (milk, plant, alternative/recombinant protein).

• Demonstrate proven hands-on technical expertise with diverse DSP equipment.

• Showcase experience in process modeling, optimization, and up-scaling starting from 20 liters working volumes for recombinant protein production processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proactive mindset, self-motivated and hands-on attitude.

• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
