We are exploring the best way to build out the Earth Hero experience in order to influence more real-world action to address climate change faster. Additional UX Research help is needed to support the project.Responsibilities<ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.</li><li>Conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research (testing, interviews, personas, prototyping, surveys).</li><li>Synthesize and present research findings through written and oral communications.</li><li>Make recommendations on specific new Earth Hero features to implement, with a close eye on detail and what can practically be implemented.</li></ul>Experiences useful in this role<ul><li>Three or more years of UX research experience.</li><li>Experience doing UX research and/or design for community-focused features is a bonus</li><li>Ability to mostly independently perform research-related tasks, including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration.</li><li>Experience with remote testing tools (survey platforms, Google Suite, Optimal Workshop, UXTweak, Google Analytics, etc.).
