We do this by providing accessible and engaging live, online climate training to large enterprise organisations, to make their sustainability transformations reality, and help tackle the climate and nature emergency.
With clients like PepsiCo, Unilever, and Sky, and a fresh round of investment on board, we're looking for someone to apply their exceptional design eye to our digital touchpoints, ensuring AimHi Earth stands out with a memorable and impactful brand presence.
Are you a passionate UI designer who not only excels in creating visually stunning interfaces, but also has a great understanding of UX principles and their application in design, marrying aesthetics with great user experience? Then this role's for you!

Producing compelling visuals for all our digital channels, ensuring alignment with our brand and providing optimal user experiences.
Designing engaging and user-friendly pages for our website, including building and managing pages directly within Webflow.
Creating visually appealing, informative, and interactive reports, dashboards, and prototypes for internal and external reporting, employing data visualisation to effectively communicate complex information.
Working closely with the product and go-to-market teams to integrate visual design with content strategy, ensuring a cohesive user experience on our website and in our email campaigns.
Ensuring design consistency across all devices and platforms, maintaining high standards of visual integrity and brand cohesion.
Participating in brainstorming sessions, providing innovative design solutions and strategic input to elevate our digital presence.
Applying principles of service design to enhance the overall user journey and service touchpoints across different platforms.
What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience in UI design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including web application design.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in design, with a track record of contributing strategic design insights and improvements.
