Job Description

Position Summary

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end implementation of feature development projects for our En-ROADS and C-ROADS Climate Solutions Simulators—from initial scoping, project planning, and convening and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, to overseeing and guiding the modeling, user interface, and public release initiatives of the project.

This is an opportunity for a skilled Project Manager—with experience leading complex, technical projects from inception through public release—to leverage their capabilities and strengths to ensure the 720,000+ global users of Climate Interactive’s simulators, including thousands of policy- and decision-makers, are equipped with the knowledge and tools to take effective, equitable action to address climate change worldwide.

About Climate Interactive

Climate Interactive is a not-for-profit organization with global reach that creates and shares tools to drive effective and equitable climate action. Our real-time, interactive simulators–and associated workshops, games, and trainings—help leaders understand the impact of various scenarios and policy decisions on global temperature rise and equity outcomes.

Climate Interactive's simulators are used by over 720,000 people across 160+ countries, ranging from heads of state to corporate leaders to students. Notably, Climate Interactive’s simulators were recently used to engage and train 128 members of the U.S. Congress leading up to the recent passage of the U.S. IRA Bill (2022), and were quintessential tools used by the Obama Administration and the Chinese Government to help secure the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement.
