Commercial Project Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Your Day to Day:
Work closely with the Head of Commercial Operations to lead a collaborative and transparent strategic planning process across the Commercial organization, ensuring that project priorities, conflicts and dependencies are captured, communicated, and appropriately managed.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects for stakeholders across Commercial, ensuring all delivery and releases are tracked and adhere to agreed time, cost and quality tolerances.
Identification, tracking and managing the escalation of project issues, risks and constraints.
Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Define, implement, maintain and continually improve policies, processes, and methodologies throughout the Commercial organization.
Analyse data to derive actionable insights, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Your Profile:
Experience gained in a commercial organisation with proven experience in Project Management best practices.
Proven experience of successfully delivering complex, multi-workstream, cross-functional programs and projects.
Strong project and time management skills to organize stakeholders, drive projects and build consensus.
Execution-focused preferably with hands on experience of shaping commercial operations.
Fluent English with excellent communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal).
Ideally experience in CRM software (preferably Zoho) including system configuration and customization.
