Your mission
We are looking for an ambitious colleague who thrives on creating value for our customers. In this role, it's important that you enjoy interacting with customers as well as various departments within Sensorfact, such as Sales, Operations, and Consultancy.
The ChallengeOur Onboarding team is responsible for supporting digitally rapid installation at our customers' sites. As a colleague on our predictive maintenance onboarding team, you'll assist our customers in maximizing the potential of our technology and ensure they experience a high level of service.

- Navigating between different departments to assist the customer should not be a problem for you.
- Finding solutions to all technical and mechanical questions and challenges.
- Being alert to up-selling and cross-selling opportunities;
Taking initiative is not new to you. As a rapidly growing scale-up, you can play a key role in optimizing the onboarding process.
Our Product
Through the use of our predictive maintenance sensors, we measure the vibrations of various machines in the industry.
Based on these vibrations, we can help our customers reduce maintenance costs and activities, extend machine lifespan, and ensure product quality. Specifically, this means analyzing machine vibrations to immediately understand their condition.
As an onboarding specialist, this means you'll regularly engage with customers to discuss where the sensor will be placed on the machine. Since we assist various (international) customers across different industries, you'll encounter a variety of machines and production processes. This means no installation is the same!
