- You´ll be responsible for coordinating and operationally managing the academy
- Driving conceptual development of the academy and training plans
- Tracking KPIs for regular reporting, continuous improvement of academy processes, and goal achievement
- Implementing, standardizing, and optimizing process workflows in the academy
- Leading, supporting, and developing trainers and trainees
- You´ll be the interface between the academy and the headquarter in Germany
- You´ll coordinate smooth operational flow as a point of contact for local service providers
- You´ll represent Enpal and its values externally in Bosnia and Herzegovina
