Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für Koordination und operative Steuerung der Akademie
Vorantreiben der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Akademie und des Ausbildungsplans
Tracking von KPIs für regelmäßige Reportings, kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Akademieabläufe und Erreichung von Zielen
Implementierung, Standardisierung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen in der Akademie
Führung, Förderung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung von Ausbildern und Auszubildenden
Kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen der Akademie und dem Mutterkonzern in Deutschland
Koordination des reibungslosen operativen Ablaufs als Ansprechpartner für lokale Dienstleister
Repräsentation von Enpal und deren Werten in Bosnien und Herzegowina nach außen
