Recruiting coordinator (12 month contract)

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent team in San Francisco. Our team is responsible for bringing the very best talent to Watershed in order to power the teams working to accelerate the climate economy. This position is a 12 month contract with the goal of converting to full time. It is based in our San Francisco HQ.

You will:

• Schedule complex phone, virtual, and in-person interviews working across multiple time zones
• Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and greeting candidates onsite
• Build strong relationships with our recruiting team and hiring managers to drive an exceptional recruiting process
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience while always having an input on improving the recruiting process
• Proactively address inefficiencies, leverage our tools/technologies, and implement process improvements
• Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools, and organizational products, including Greenhouse, GoodTime, Notion, and Google Workspace
