Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working? 

You'll be joining the Kaluza Quality community. We’re a team of product focused Quality specialists who work cross functionality with teams in technology, data , product and reliability delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

We are dedicated to embedding quality in product delivery and working with all Kaluza teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards.

You’ll be working on the Kaluza’s Energy Retail platform. This is a SaaS technology platform that aims to revolutionise the operating platforms for energy retailers globally. This platform has been built with scale and technical quality in mind and is the foundation for decarbonisation efforts by Kaluza’s customers. 

What will I be doing?

Kaluza is currently in an exciting growth phase, undergoing the next phase of our technology journey as we support our clients.

As a Senior QA Engineer , you will be responsible for developing and implementing  the end to end testing strategies within our product delivery teams. You will work collaboratively with engineering leads and managers across delivery to  ensure that automation test coverage supports the quality standards for products & clients.

Is this the job for me?

Ideally you’ll have/be

• Experience of software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile methodologies.

• Comfortable designing  , maintaining and enhancing  test automation frameworks

• Know how to Improve processes around test data, users and scenarios for ease of testing.

• Working with developers to review automated unit/integration tests. 

• A commitment  to mentoring junior members of teams 

• Be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and client support, to ensure end to end  test coverage is  met  

• A strong communicator

• Focused on continuous improvement in quality process
