Corporate Security & Real Estate Manager

Role & Responsibility:

You will develop and optimize the security concept for the physical security of our buildings, production, storage and test facilities and coordinate the implementation of the corresponding measures. You are the internal and external contact person for issues and projects in connection with our lessor/landlord and monitor/are responsible for contract management and budget planning.

Your Day to Day:

• Developing and optimizing security concepts for the physical security of the company, buildings and products
• Monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the security concept and the corresponding measures
• Close cooperation and coordination with various departments to optimize existing processes and concepts (cyber security, facility & infrastructure, workplace management)
• Communication and coordination with external partners such as lessors/agents and external service providers
• Contract negotiation and management with lessors/agents and external service providers
• Budget responsibility (planning, monitoring, auditing) for building and security management
• Collaboration with various departments and divisions to record future requirements, adjustments and extensions in various projects

Preferred Skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility (Corporate Security Management, Real Estate Management, Security Project Management)
• Completed studies (bachelor’s degree / master´s degree) in the field of security management, real estate management or with a comparable focus
• You already have experience in the development and monitoring of security concepts for physical corporate security
• You have experience in budget planning and management, invoice verification and approval and contract negotiation
• You have already managed and coordinated projects independently or in cooperation with various departments
• Very good German and English language skills are required for this role
