Role Overview 

Our client seeks a Director of Corporate Development to support with mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This role primarily involves financial analysis, deal execution, & the effective communication of key information in a range of formats. It will also involve assessments of potential transactions & due diligence. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Manage the execution of deals & associated processes 
• Develop complex financial models 
• Support with the preparation of relevant documents 
• Review & assess potential transactions 
• Communicate effectively with senior management 
• Perform financial analysis

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred 
• M&A experience within the energy industry required
• Experience in corporate development 
• Track record of successfully leading teams 
• Exceptional financial modeling & project management skills 
• Highly detail-oriented
