You will report to the Chief People Officer.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Provide daily performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)</li><li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct objective investigations</li><li>Conduct onboarding, new hire orientation and off-boarding</li><li>Responsible for the employee handbook and any people-related policies; remain knowledgeable of current and new employment laws and regulatory requirements</li><li>Demonstrate understanding of business cycle and industry trends and how they influence our priorities and organizational dynamics</li><li>Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis of our workforce and skill needs</li><li>Play a necessary change management role in our transformation by strengthening a culture of growth and progress</li><li>Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and leadership to support diversity, equity, including and belonging efforts</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>7+ years of related human resources experience</li><li>2+ years of experience in a startup environment</li><li>HR Certification</li><li>Ability to travel 25% of the time</li><li>Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as employment investigation, relocation, talent development, performance management, compensation, benefits, recruiting and training</li></ul><p>#LI-Onsite</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits | P4</strong></p><div><div><div>San Carlos Zone</div><div><span>$140,000</span><span>—</span><span>$175,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div><p>Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​</p><p>Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package.
