Business Operations Associate

Job Description:

This isn't your typical 9-to-5 gig. As Business Operations Associate at Amber, you will be working directly with the founders on a variety of key initiatives, acting as a utility player in getting anything and everything done to help the company grow.

Responsibilities:

This will be a multi-disciplinary role, but here are some of the exciting projects you might dive into:

• Crafting Operational Excellence: You'll be instrumental in defining and refining our core operational procedures and systems, ensuring that every aspect of our business runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Customer Education: Amber's products are game-changers, but not everyone knows it yet. You'll play a key role in educating potential customers about what we offer, helping them see the value in choosing Amber for their electric vehicle needs.
• Building Alliances: We're only as strong as our network. You'll be responsible for forging and managing relationships with electric vehicle service providers, ensuring that our customers have access to the best support in the industry.
• Project Management Prodigy: From ideation to execution, you'll spearhead critical projects with our partners, making sure everything stays on track and on budget.

• 0-3 years of experience: Early-stage startups are your bread and butter, and you're itching to dive into the next big thing.
