About the Job
Your mission during this flight:
- You will manage payroll relevant employee data, including time and attendance data, in collaboration with People & Organization Specialists
- You will prepare monthly payroll in close collaboration with external payroll provider
- You will supervise correct payroll runs through pre and post payroll checks
- You will manage complex payroll cases in collaboration with employees and external partners
- You will act as a point of contact for payroll (including tax and social security) related questions to management, employees and P&O colleagues
- You will run payroll related analyses and provide respective reports in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. P&O, Finance, Controlling, tax and social security authorities)
- You will contribute to process improvements and digitalization projects
This position can be filled at one of our locations, in Bruchsal (Karlsruhe/Heidelberg region) or Munich.
