About the Job
As (Senior) B2B Field Marketing Manager RoE (m/f/d), you will support us in targeting new markets in Europe by using country specific success criteria for diverse marketing activities. You will report to our VP Field Marketing EMEA and collaborate closely with our Field Marketing Manager DACH. If you have experience in entering new markets and gaining a quick and profound overview of market needs, ideally with experience in ESG topics, you are the talent we are looking for! What can you expect?
- Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our solutions, within marketing defined strategy
- Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of the regional sales team
- Conception and execution of regional physical and virtual events including planning, logistics, budget tracking, sales briefings, and participant management
- Organization and moderation of regular in-house and external webinars
- Design and implementation of a wide variety of lead generation campaigns
- Organizing and implementing account-based marketing initiatives in coordination with cross-departmental teams in project management
- Working with our content team to produce marketing contents for our website, mass mailings and social media promotions
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on marketing activities
- Update the Field Marketing budget for the market in charge
- Independent and close collaboration with Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other departments such as SDRs, Sales, Customer Success and Pre-Sales to further build and expand an effective Field Marketing strategy
- Support Channel and Alliance Marketing activities with IntegrityNext partners from approval of campaign through execution as required
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS software vendors
- Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
- Exemplary English communications skills. Italian/Spanish/French is a plus. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines
- You share our values, and work in accordance with those values
- A substantial understanding of the supply chain sustainability market is a plus
- Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams
- You are ready to travel across the region when needed
