Role Description
As Conduit’s Lead Product Manager, you will play a critical role in a quickly growing early stage climate startup with a highly impactful, cutting edge product. You will be a driving force behind our journey to redefine the future of Residential HVAC. In this pivotal role, you won't just be a member of the team; you'll be a core architect of our product strategy and vision, working hand in hand with our co-founders.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with Conduit’s co-founders on product strategy and vision
Manage the delivery of products that require collaboration across the entire team - from customer success to design to eng to marketing
Carry out customer research to promote the voice of the customer in product requirement discovery and feature development
Carry out market research to estimate opportunities and impacts of potential product expansions

Full time
Salary range between $170K-$200K depending on seniority
Additional equity compensation
East Coast-based (able to meet for regular offsites in New York City)
Up to 5 travel days per month (customer visits, team offsites, conferences)
7+ years delivering product impact, including early-stage start-up experience
