Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.

As our Creative Lead, you'll not only have ample creative autonomy but also play a pivotal role in sculpting the future of Monta's brand. You'll lead and mentor an expanding team of 2+ gifted designers, working in close tandem with our Senior Brand Manager within the electric brand team.

(Some) of the things you will be doing:

Leadership:

• Set the creative and design vision for Monta
• Uphold the standard of output across all organizational realms, ensuring alignment with Monta's mission and overarching strategy.
• Build and develop the design team - set the design team up for success
• Collaborate with the brand and product team to enhance our brand presence.
• Lead cross-team efforts, set best practices, and ensure positive internal and external brand impact through effective guidance.

Creative Execution:

• Driving the creation and execution of creative campaigns across all fronts - from ideation, visuals, and design.
• Supporting the team and a pool of freelancers in developing graphic and creative execution
• You are competent and system minded, focused on building the CVI and templates to support your direct team and the larger org.
• Lead workshops and creative ideation sessions

Team Development and Mentorship:

• Leading and nurturing the internal creative team of two graphic designers (and growing), while fostering a culture of continuous learning and mentorship.
• Pioneering new processes for tackling design challenges, anticipating potential issues, opportunities, and proposing viable solutions. Seeking and testing new tools and techniques to optimize the design process, and sharing valuable insights with the larger team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role ideally within the Tech and Saas industry, but not a requirement
• Expertise in visual identity development is crucial.
• A skilled visual design expert with a proven record of leading teams to impactful creative solutions.
• A creative thinker ensuring idea driven design solutions delivering on business objectives
• A leader who inspires and empowers their team to achieve success.
• Expertise in Adobe CC and Figma is a must. Knowledge of motion graphics and video production is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery.
