We are now looking for a Sales Support to join our forward-looking Sales Support team within our Bearing Centre business for ensuring quality and speed of response for continued high quality customer service. The location for the position is in Suzhou, China.

 

What will you be doing?

As Sales Support, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Timely and qualified response to customer RFQ´s tendering (incl. projects and large scale
    overhauls, retrofits etc.) and selling these solutions in close collaboration with Account &
    Sales-Manager
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and fulfill customer requirements
  • Ensure that offers are in line with defined profit margins and conduct a proper credit and risk management
  • Conduct bid management. Evaluate inquiries, technical/environmental risks and prepare cost calculations according to agreed targets
  • Perform technical assistance to Sales and customers
  • Present and explain service offers and participate in the selling process towards the customer on request
  • Be a pro-active partner of the customer before & during the offering process, follow up the tender and strive for closing the order
  • Support other departments and share information
  • Demonstrate QEHS commitment
  • Check that customer, installation, equipment, material is created and extended in SAP
  • Create the order in SAP, according to PO from customer and info from sales responsible
  • Send confirmation to the customer

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of the industrial industry.
  • 3+ years in sales/sales support/project management
  • Computer literate with competent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Effective communication skills and delivering projects remotely using virtual meeting tools.
  • Business mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Be fluent in Mandarin and English language both verbal and written.
  • In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers domestically. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
  • Experience on while metal will be a plus.
