Wet End shift Technician

<p><b><span>主要职责</span></b>  <b>Major role and responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">负责过程样品和部分原材料的实验室的检测工作。</span></li></ul><p>Make the process sample and raw material（partial） tests.</p><ul><li>根据检测规定对不同样品进行分析。</li></ul><p>Follow the routines defined for different samples.</p><ul><li><span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">根据作业指导书对实验仪器进行校验和校正工作。并完成相应的报告和记录。</span></li></ul><p>Check and calibration of measurement equipments accoriding to instruction. And make the recording and reporting according</p><ul><li>对每个样品进行外观检测</li></ul><p>Make the visual inspection of the samples from every sample.</p><ul><li>确保所有的检测符合相关测试标准要求</li></ul><p>Ensure the test meet standard requirements.</p><ul><li>负责将实验数据及时上传到MES 系统或完成检验报告。</li></ul><p>Sent the result to MES systerm in time or create test result reports.</p><ul><li>与生产团队保持沟通。</li></ul><p>Keep co-operation with production team personel.</p><ul><li><span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">遵守安全规章制度确保当班期间人身和所在区域的设备安全。完成安全观察。</span></li></ul><p>Follow the safety rules to be responsible for personnel and equipment safety in related area. Make the safety observations.</p><ul><li><span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">负责工作区域的清洁，保证5S在工作区域的施行及废弃物的处理。</span></li></ul><p>Responsible for the working environment cleanliness,5S and waste disposal..</p><ul><li>持续改进工作。</li></ul><p>Continuous improvement work.</p><ul><li>完成实验室品保值长安排的其他任务。</li></ul><p>Other duties assigned by Lab Group Leader.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>岗位要求</b> <b>Job Requirements:</b> </p><ul><li>教育背景： <span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">大专以上学历，制浆造纸/化学相关专业为佳。</span></li></ul><p>Education requirement: College or equivalent and above, major in Pulp and Paper/ Chemical industry profesional or relevant profession is a plus.</p><ul><li>工作经验：至少2-3年实验室工作经验。</li></ul><p>Professional experience required: minimum  2-3 years operating experience of lab work.</p><ul><li>语言： 中文普通话书写口语流利，会英语为佳。</li></ul><p>Language requirements: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin, English is advantage</p><ul><li>电脑技能</li></ul><p>Computer skill</p><ul><li>适应倒班工作</li></ul><p>Accept Work on shift</p><ul><li>责任心强，吃苦耐劳，积极主动。</li></ul><p>Have strong responsibility, can work hard and be proactive. </p><ul><li>愿意学习和接受挑战。</li></ul><p>Willing to learn and take the challenge</p><ul><li>良好的抗压能力</li></ul><p>Good stress tolerance and proactive.</p><ul><li>其他要求：团队精神 、结果导向和沟通技巧。</li></ul><p>Other requirements and preferred traits: team player, results oriented and communication skills.</p>
