Service Process Engineer

Your responsibilities

• To develop process engineering of a given service project, in compliance with deadlines and technical specifications such as, among others:
  • Development of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
  • Sizing of static and rotating equipment, sizing of control and pressure safety valves and production of related technical documentation
  • Heat and Material Balance and Process simulation is an advantage
  • Technical evaluation and comparison of suppliers’ offers
  • Participation in safety studies and reviews
  • Support to the commissioning with control optimizations and participation to plant performance test
  • Awareness of the HSE requirements relevant to the process, and implements and complies with them
  • Preparation of the required procedural documents such as designs, balance sheets and data sheets for quotation and optimization projects
  • Definition of technical guarantees, assessment of risks or definition of measures for guarantees that are outside the standard
  • Ensures that the implementation of the process engineering in the project complies with the basic concept and the HZI instructions and guidelines
  • Preparation of the operating manual or the supplement for conversions
  • Preparation of technical documents for the procurement of various systems
  • Process specifications for planning and construction and verification of correct implementation
  • Preparation of the technical inquiry documents for system inquiries based on the customer tender for quotation and conversion projects and technical and commercial examination of the requested offers
• Conducting technical meetings during procurement negotiations
• Plant analyses, studies and concept development to optimize plant availability, energy and equipment consumption or to increase the performance of a plant
• Preparation of project-specific documentation
• Carrying out and supporting official inspections and tests on the construction site
