We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager in our Operations team to join us on this exciting journey! 

Your mission

As our Strategic Project Manager at Prewave, you will… 

  • Be a thought leader on the end-to-end process of your project / product launch; think holistically to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Orchestrate activities across the entire organization; strongly collaborate with in particular product management, product marketing, sales enablement, and the senior leadership

  • Ensures deadline adherence and quality of deliverables from all teams. Challenge teams as needed

  • Evaluate customer feedback, sales data, and other indicators to identify issues and opportunities as early as possible; develop action plans to address them

  • Provide regular performance and project updates to senior leadership and prepare decisions for steering

  • Forge partnerships that are needed for the product

Your profile

Must haves

  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

  • University degree from a top business school or other related university

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of success in high-performance environments (tech startups and high-growth SaaS companies)

  • Previous experience working in a consulting company is a must

  • Strong thought leadership, with the ability to proactively identify challenges and opportunities and self-sufficiently define how to address these

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to drive business decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and information clearly, effectively and in a structured way

  • Team spirit and interest in a high-growth scale-up environment

  • Valid work permit for Austria

  • Experience in B2B SaaS industries

  • Experience in launching new SaaS products 

What we offer you
  • An extensive compensation package
    According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 3,724 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience and might include a combination of fixed salary and bonus/commission.
