About the Job

Partner with the executive leadership team to identify, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Support teams, etc.) to implement any growth-related initiatives as a project manager.
Oversee the entire company growth-related project portfolio, ensuring that projects are aligned with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget as well as actively manage select strategic projects, bringing hands-on expertise to critical initiatives.
Create, lead, and mentor a team of Business Operations specialists focused on growth initiatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to project timelines as the company scales.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
Establish and drive operational excellence across the organization both by being a stellar operational executor and also by defining the right project management processes and ways of working for others to follow.

5+ years in project management with a successful recording of building and managing a team.
Experience working for a fast-growth technology scale-up is required. B2B SaaS scale-up experience would be advantageous.
Experience in an organization where you led different projects as a direct manager.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with exposure to different stakeholders from different backgrounds.
An ownership mentality and the ability to drive and push projects with little supervision.
Experience with data analysis to define and monitor success metrics and identify opportunities.
Experience with project management tools, e.g. Monday.com, Slite
Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2)

Salary Range: Starting from 80,000 Euros/gross yearly. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
