Business Controller, Strategic Asset Development & Operations

<p>We are looking for Business Controller to drive controlling for strategic asset development in Technology &amp; Investments function and operations KPI reporting and development in Packaging Materials division.</p><p></p><p>Your location will be in Helsinki or any other Stora Enso location and you will report to VP Controlling, Sourcing, Operations and Innovations and R&amp;D. We work in hybrid mode.</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities of <span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">Business Controller,</span> Strategic asset development and operations</p><p></p><ul><li>Participate in divisional investment working group, investment steering and governance</li><li>Prioritization of investments, budgeting and forecasting</li><li>Participate in Packaging Materials Leadership Team's investment meetings </li><li>Division capex follow up</li><li>Cash flow modelling for investments and business case analyses</li><li>Ensure that project accounting and investment guidelines are followed</li><li>Capex management process and tools development</li><li>Drive simulations for investments planning to support division's asset strategy</li><li>Operations KPI reporting and development</li></ul><p></p><p>We are looking for a person who has the following background:</p><ul><li>MSc degree or similar</li><li>Excellent analytical problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent modelling &amp; Excel skills</li><li>At least five years’ work experience in cash flow modelling and/or controlling</li><li>Network management experience</li><li>Pulp, paper or board making experience as an advantage</li><li>Performance oriented and ability to always deliver against set targets and deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills both verbally and written in English; other language skills are an asset</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer </b></p><p>By joining us, you will be part of our diverse working culture supporting you to explore new perspectives and develop professionally.
