Your role and your team:

As a Cyber Security Specialist for Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be responsible for management of identity and access management (IAM) governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. This role ensures the secure and efficient management of user identities and access rights, supporting compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


Your Day to Day Tasks:

IAM Strategy and Governance:

  • Develop and implement IAM governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment of IAM practices with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of IAM policies to ensure they remain current and effective.

Access Management:

  • Oversee the management of user identities and access rights across systems and applications.
  • Ensure proper provisioning and de-provisioning processes are in place.
  • Monitor access control mechanisms and perform regular access reviews and audits.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure IAM processes comply with industry regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR).
  • Identify and assess IAM-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance audits and assessments.

IAM Tools and Technologies:

  • Optimize IAM tools and technologies, including identity governance and administration (IGA) systems.
  • Support in evaluation and recommendation of new IAM solutions to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Your Profile:

  • Hands-on knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration, Single Sign-On, Provisioning Federated Identity, Multi-factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Possess understanding of interdependencies between various technologies within and external to the identity and access management arena.
  • Good understanding of authentication protocols like Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH, OpenID, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Azure Active Directory and Azure Identity services.
  • Work experience in an international environment 5+ years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and German would be good to have.
  • Proactive and solution oriented independent working approach.

This position is not open for remote work. On-site presence minimum 4 days a week is required.
