Your Mission
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our small, dedicated team at LFCA. Our mission is to educate sustainability practitioners, driving impactful transformations through immersive, practical peer-learning formats tailored to their specific challenges.
In this role, you will assist Philippe and Anna from our Growth team to enhance sales for our B2B courses and community subscriptions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and contribute to building scalable conversion funnels.

This ​position offers a 3-6 months internship with the opportunity to prolong it. ​Can be combined with studies. 

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Support identifying and targeting potential clients through channels such as paid ads on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • CRM Management: Help manage our CRM by ensuring all leads are engaged and provided with convincing information. Support running community-wide campaigns offering seasonal education offerings to our database.
  • Analytics: Assist in tracking the success rate of our growth initiatives, making data-driven decisions, and forecasting conversions and revenue.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and presentations of our educational programs and community resources to prospective clients via video/phone calls and emails. Helped manage contract negotiations and create customized pitch decks.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, lead generation, and business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to our mission.
  • A big plus: basic understanding of CRM tools like Hubspot or similar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other relevant platforms.

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in work and data management.
  • Deep care for clients' professional challenges and a desire to contribute to a more sustainable world.
  • High levels of self-awareness and a low-conflict personality.
