Job Summary:

• Assembler who assists with cabinet assembly of chiller modules including insulation of components, Material Staging, Heat Trace Installation, Brazing Stubs, and component preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to read 3-dimesional and 2-dimensional blueprints and schematics to determine dimensions, design and materials needed for performing duties.

• Insulation of components

• Read Engineering drawings to determine options to install and Stubbing instructions

• Follow braze standards to correctly purge and stub all required components

• Complete all required trace documentation by serial number

• Assist other departments as needed or directed

• Operate Crane to stage and sub assemble components

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude

• Actively practices and promotes safety

• Previous experience with hand tools is a plus

• Experience in Manufacturing assembly or equivalent preferred

• Must complete braze training prior to becoming certified
