  • Development and implementation of global marketing strategies
  • Recognizing growth potential and deriving the resulting growth strategy
  • Presenting the company and its products at events, to potential customers and marketing partners
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Managing and expanding the global sales team
  • Contract negotiations with decision-makers at C-level
  • Optimization of sales and marketing tools
  • Monitoring key performance indicators
  • Reporting to the management and shareholders
Your profile
  • At least 7 years of experience in international sales
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams
  • Planning and implementation of market entry strategies and the establishment of subsidiaries
  • Experience with licensing models
  • Global market knowledge in mining or dust control is an advantage
  • Ideally experience in environmental technologies 
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental protection
  • Willingness to travel, also internationally, of approx. 20%
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
