Decarbonization Commercial

Alkeymia, a company that deploys sustainable industrial molecules (ie. methanol, ammonia, etc.) projects leveraging on Green Hydrogen synthesis which belongs to the Capital Energy group, is looking to hire Decarbonization Commercial. who will it be a Support function to the Decarbonization Commercial Manager, who will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our commercial strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to provide insights, conduct market research, stay update in market regulations and prices and contribute to the overall decision-making process within the commercial team.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitor assessments, regulations and policies analysis, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, pricing strategies, and profitability projections related to green hydrogen products and services.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the commercial team to contribute to the formulation and refinement of the overall commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data sets related to market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
• Regulations and polices: analyze actual and upcoming regulations and polices related to the use of hydrogen and its derivates
• Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals, business plans, and presentations for potential clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to commercial strategy.
• Risk Assessment: Support in the identification and evaluation of risks associated with commercial activities and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in a strategic analysis or business intelligence role, preferably within the hydrogen and hydrogen derivates sector.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for sustainability and the green energy transition.
• Languages: Spanish, English (and possibly German).
• Travelling availability, mainly Spain and Central Europe.
