Your mission
Project Costing:
  • Coordinate internal project costing for utility-scale projects.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized costing database.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable, including booking vendor invoices and scheduling payments.
  • Conduct weekly cash forecasts and daily bank reconciliations.
  • Handle all aspects of tax compliance for US and Canada.
Inventory and Cost Control:
  • Monitor production material usage and evaluate stock.
  • Conduct inventory variance analysis and reconciliation.
  • Review and analyze product costs and project quotes.
Budgeting and Reporting:
  • Oversee the annual budget process.
  • Provide financial analyses for capital investments and pricing decisions.
  • Prepare financial reports and conduct monthly performance reviews.
Human Resources and IT:
  • Coordinate North America recruitment and employee issue resolution.
  • Manage HR systems and benefits review.
  • Handle IT budgeting and user support.
Your profile
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
  • Experience in treasury functions and cash forecasting
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian tax compliance
  • Experience in inventory management and costing
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
