Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate with project team in development of preliminary project data, bid package development and project buyout</li><li>· Assist in coordination of bid package execution, contract development and submittal requirements</li><li>· Assist in the development and management of Submittal, RFI, Change Order &amp; Procurement Logs</li><li>· Assist with coordination of site logistics, Quality management and other associated planning activities</li><li>· Maintain understanding of existing subcontracts &amp; Construction contracts throughout project</li><li>· Oversee submittal, RFI, Procurement logs. Maintain understanding of outstanding items and escalate as needed</li><li>· Assist in generation and management of Project Cost &amp; Project Cost Report</li><li>· Contribute to the management of on going field conditions, coordination of sub-contractor task and navigating convoluted work plans</li><li>· Monitor project labor, identify short comings in Contractor staffing plans in relation to subcontract requirements</li><li>· Monitor project equipment &amp; equipment needs, escalate as needed</li><li>· Manage project quality management program, escalate items which need attention</li><li>· Conduct, create and over see project specific reports as directed by senior management</li><li>· Construct weekly meeting agendas with the assistance of admin, help curate efficient critical information driven reports &amp; meeting minutes</li><li>· Assist in project forecast, task planning &amp; material verification</li><li>· Review incoming shop drawings, RFI’s &amp; Submittals</li><li>· Mentor and develop interns (if applicable) maintain consistency in your work and lead as a good example for incoming Team Members</li><li>· Assist in managing and implementing Shimizu North America Project Safety Policy</li><li>· Assist in the overall execution of Project goals, schedules &amp; delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering Preferred</li><li>· 1-3 years’ experience managing construction projects (20 million+) preferably Design Build</li><li>· Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices &amp; technology</li><li>· Previous experience on a successful project management team</li><li>· Ability to work in all weather conditions, walk, climb, and stand for long periods of time</li><li>· Knowledge of building codes, ability to learn and adapt quickly</li><li>· Experience implementing complex task planning relating to project execution</li><li>· Fluent in MS suite, Blue Beam, Scheduling software (CAD experience a Plus)</li><li>· Ability to read and interpret construction documents</li><li>· Self-starter, driven with a desire to succeed.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
