Your job will be to create an amazing CivilGrid experience for our customers and to lay the foundation for CivilGrid&rsquo;s Customer Success function. As a CSM, you'll be the primary interface with our diverse client base, including engineering consultancies, municipalities, utilities, and construction firms. Your responsibilities will span from initial customer onboarding to ongoing support, all while ensuring users harness the full potential of CivilGrid's platform.</p> <h3><strong>Company Overview</strong></h3> <p>CivilGrid is the Google Maps for preconstruction. We solve a longstanding challenge for engineering and construction teams who need a better understanding of the environment they're building in before construction begins. To achieve this, we consolidate thousands of datasets about underground utilities, land rights, geotech conditions, and more in an easy-to-use map that engineers and planners can access in real time. By providing the most comprehensive on-demand site data intelligence for project planning and design, we are enabling a safer and smarter construction process. Our commitment extends to enabling our customers to achieve project milestones in their project journey faster and with improved accuracy.</p> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li>As our first CSM, you have a sense of ownership over developing our CS function.</li> <li>You have a strong bias toward action and can work independently with limited guidance. You don&rsquo;t hesitate to jump in, figure things out, and get the job done.</li> <li>Your exceptional communication skills enable you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from public works officials to engineers and contractors. You strive to build close relationships with champions and key customers.</li> <li>You excel at working both remotely and on-site with our customers.</li> <li>You're passionate about civil engineering, utilities, and urban infrastructure.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p>In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and retention. You will:</p> <ul> <li>Deploy CivilGrid to new accounts and perform on-site onboarding.</li> <li>Respond in a timely fashion to customer questions.
