Finance & Accounting Executive

<p>Responsibilities :</p><ol><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, verifying discrepancies, and resolving billing issues.</li><li>Record financial transactions by entering account information into the company's accounting software.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Preparing monthly tax payments (PPH 21, 22, 23, 25, Final, VAT, e-Faktur and e-SPT application) on timely manner</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.<br>Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the accounting manager.</li></ol><p> </p><p>Qualifications :</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven work experience as an Accounting Staff Minimum 2 years</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Ms. Office, accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar), Tax application (DJPOnline, E-SPT, etc)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication <strong>English</strong> skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul><div><h3>About ION Mobility</h3><p>We are pushing the frontiers of what is possible by developing desirable products as clean alternatives for urban users, to alleviate urban air pollution, and to lead the inevitable transition to EVs across Southeast Asia.
