About the role :

Ready to shake up the creative world? 

We’re looking for a Senior Creative who’s bursting with big ideas, loves storytelling, and has a keen eye on the French market. This is your chance to shape Back Market’s brand voice and craft compelling narratives that make people say, “Holy %$#, Back Market is a game-changer.” You’ll lead some integrated marketing/coms campaigns from ideation to execution, develop innovative ideas, and create captivating copy in French for web, email, social media, and advertising.
You’ll mastermind high-quality, on-brand content that drives engagement and supports our marketing goals. Your bold social media knowledge will elevate our brand presence and foster a community of dedicated followers. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure our creative output is spectacular. Additionally, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends and mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
From small ideas for social media posts or a cool magazine ad to creating funny and memorable commercials, or even pulling off the big annual campaign... The mission remains the same: make Back Market an iconic cultural brand that helps break the world’s addiction to new and join the refurbished revolution.

  • Campaign Creation: Lead the charge on creative campaigns from brainstorming to execution, ensuring every piece sings in harmony.
  • Copywriting: Spin captivating and persuasive copy in French that hits all the right notes across web, email, social media, and ads.
  • Content Creation: Whip up high-quality, on-brand content that hooks our audience and keeps them coming back for more.
  • Social Media: Craft and execute bold social media contents that elevate our brand and build a dedicated community of followers.
  • Collaboration: Team up with marketing, design, and product squads to ensure our creative output is nothing short of spectacular.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new tech to keep our ideas fresh and relevant.
  • Cool Factor: Make us the coolest brand on the internet. Or at least get us in the Top 5.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You are fluent in French with strong copywriting skills
  • You are obsessed with creativity and have a habit of talking way too much about it at parties
  • Your brain is always in overdrive, constantly buzzing with innovative concepts
  • You’ve got a pretty weird sense of humor
  • You have an excellent general knowledge, switching easily between Taylor Swift, US Election, latest French music hit & the capital of Nicaragua
  • You can provide oral histories of at least 10 advertising that 90% of people have forgotten about 
  • You have an unquenchable desire to make stuff
  • You care deeply about saving the Earth from becoming a dead chunk of carbon
  • You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative ideas front of your colleagues or the CEO
