• You will be responsible for the complete technical engineering and design of our large-scale battery storage systems based on E-Plan. 
• You will manage and coordinate tenders, our suppliers and engineering offices that carry out activities on behalf of our Project Solutions team.
• You create electrical distribution and supply concepts, taking into account the contractual and operational boundary conditions and their cost estimation in the tender phase.
• You coordinate the implementation of the concept with your project team and liaise internally on the procurement of the necessary components, such as battery storage, inverters, switchgear, transformers, etc.
• You specify various technical components, such as for the electrotechnical control system for controlling and monitoring the electrical network; communication and security technology, such as fire alarm systems or low-voltage to medium-voltage consumers up to 30kV and accompany the ordering process.
• You coordinate installation planning and awarding contracts to selected partner companies, including installation supervision and acceptance of mechanical production as well as commissioning support.
• You will be responsible for interface management with other internal specialist teams, such as Finance and Engineering, as well as our end customers.
• You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of internal and external work processes.

Your profile

• You have a committed and responsible personality with training as a master craftsman or technician specialising in electrical engineering for energy supply systems or comparable training with experience in the E-Plan P8 design environment.
• You have a high technical affinity and can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and products and implement them constructively.
• You have the ability to work in an interdisciplinary, independent and results-orientated manner in a project team to handle large-scale projects.
• You are convincing with your competent and solution- and customer-orientated appearance and can use this in smaller projects as an independent project manager.
• You are assertive and strong in negotiations with customers and TESVOLT internal interests.
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and commitment.  
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, CRM and ERP systems such as Business Central and project management software.
• You are proficient in E-Plan P8 and its intelligent linking with databases and are willing to develop further in this environment.
• You are a strong team player and communicator and have good experience in working with interdisciplinary and international teams and are willing to travel.
• Good Communication skills in German and English are a MUST!
