Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests according to production schedule and inspection plan, must ensure the accuracy and reliability
• Support the immediate QI on quality complaint and non-conformity inspection as well as root cause analysis.
• Report any deviation or abnormal result on quality to supervisor immediate and do some relevant analysis in time.
• Could use QC tools to analyze abnormal data such as limit data or out of limit data, write report if necessary
• Support immediate supervisor to do product audit and round robin test
• Join the Round Robin testing activity, to ensure the personnel testing ability. To unqualified item, need take action to analyze.        
•  Ensure that all test instruments & equipment function well.
• Be familiar for all instruments, have the ability to maintain and solve simple problem , contact supplier if necessary                                                                                   
• Set up schedule and implement regular calibration and maintenance.
• Manage reagent according to law, regulation and company policy.                                                                 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with a major in Chemical engineering or related.
• 5 years working experience in chemical tests and analysis.
• Initiative, integrity, open-minded, discipline, precise.
• Good communication in English, fluent in speaking and listening.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
