Responsibilities:

• Deep and Initiate analysis on commercial topic such as selling pricing / material pricing changes such LTA by BU and project.
• BU and project Potential in house saving investigation and fulfillment from indirect and direct areas, logistic / repairment / fixed cost together with plant manager and RD prototype, drive efficiency improvement.
• Assist in China mid-term footprint analysis and bench market comparison in between VC and external market including labor and overhead cost etc. and process.
• Standardize process in region and assist in rolling out new guideline from VC headquarter in costing faction / IEA / WOC target (inventory control and cash flow management in tooling etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and other related field.
• 3-5 years working experience in manufacture factory and well familiar with SAP system (SAP is prefer).
• Solid experience in analysis and cost reduction.
• Strong analysis and high working initiation, self-motivation.
• Good English and MS OA software application & practice.
