Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating our injection molding and injection blow molding machines: You will be responsible for setting up and operating our state-of-the-art injection molding and injection blow molding machines
• Efficient monitoring and optimization of assembly and production processes: Through your proactive approach, you will increase productivity by monitoring the placement and manufacturing processes.
• Quality assurance through first piece inspections, visual inspections and visual checks: Your critical eye ensures compliance with the highest quality standards.
• Set-up according to assembly guidelines: You will independently take care of material provision and set-up in accordance with placement guidelines
• Documentation of quality and production data: Ensuring quality-compliant production and documentation of quality and production data
• Continuous production and process monitoring and troubleshooting: Thanks to your quick response to malfunctions, downtime is minimized and productivity is increased.

• Maintenance, machine care and independent repairs: Your knowledge ensures the longevity of our systems and minimizes downtime.

Qualifications:

• Education: Completed vocational training in an industrial-technical profession or corresponding professional experience

• Professional experience: (Initial) experience in the field of plastics and rubber technology is an advantage

• Willingness to work shifts in fixed shift teams: Your flexibility helps to ensure that we are always ready for action.

• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity: Your knowledge and skills are the key to efficient solutions.

• Ability to work independently and reliably as well as in a team: Your way of working promotes cooperation and the success of our team.
