Responsibilities:

• A varied training that combines practice and theory along the industrial value chain (the vocational school is located in Bad Tölz)

• Company-wide commercial insights into all important areas of a modern and internationally active industrial company (e.g. production, purchasing, logistics, marketing, sales, finance, etc.)

• Extensive insightss into local and cross-site processes and support of the departments in the daily tasks

• Specialization in a field of application with a duration of approximately 4-6 months with content on topics such as digital business processes, communication and collaboration, project-oriented work, international competence, etc.

Qualifications:

• Good completion of high schooll or subject-related/general high school

• Enjoys the subjects business adminstration, German and English

• Personal initiative, reliability and motivation

• Service Orientation

• Good knowledge of MS Office
