Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads/opportunities across various markets for outreach.
  • Gather contact information of potential clients or their management teams.
  • Assist in sending initial outreach emails, aiming to generate responses from potential clients.
  • Contribute significantly to business development and internal marketing efforts
  • Monitor the business development pipeline and sales using our internal resources.
  • Compile comprehensive lists of potential client leads to support the outreach efforts of the BD team.
  • Assist in collaboration with marketing and other cross-teams to implement new branding and more efficient processes

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a school majoring in business management, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Demonstrates extreme passion and curiosity about the Manufacturing industry
  • Ability to follow instructions with a "nothing-is-too-small" attitude.
  • Proactive, expressive, and unafraid to share opinions, with the capability to work independently or within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Capable of anticipating needs and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in task execution.
  • Demonstrates the ability to grow and forge new relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of maintaining confidentiality
  • Bachelor's (Preferred) or graduating within 24 months
  • Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Work Location: Hybrid 2-3 days / Remote
