Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage business development plans according to strategic projects and initiatives

  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including relevant content creation

  • Acquire new leads by converting digital traffic through landing pages and other avenues

  • Optimize the online presence with regards to search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization

  • Conduct market research and analysis

  • Strong contribution and creative input for the implementation of digital tools for lead generation, sales support, and customer retention

  • Internal partner for customer service activities

  • Support the marketing team with daily tasks (e.g. preparation of offers)

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, communication, or comparable qualification

  • 2+ years of professional experience in B2B digital marketing and business development, ideally in an industrial company

  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements such as SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

  • Experience with website conception and interface design

  • Creative mindset and hands-on mentality

  • Technical expertise in the hydraulic and accumulator market is a bonus.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools would be advantageous.

  • Fluent in English and German
