Responsibilities:

• Implement FV group and FVC HSE policy and procedure, support other departments on ISO45001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 audit project, improve 5S and keep zero incident of RD department

• Take leader of new products to satisfy customer’s needs and ensure to fulfill IN sale target. Investigation of recipes on production lines and improvement the recipes continuously

• Issue quality standard on raw materials and finish products to QA department, keep IN products high quality and good reputation

• Lead initial innovation project for new generation product design/ development, support for new product market in and continuously optimize the performance and cost structure

• Actively participate the IATF16949 quality system set up and continuous improvement the  IATF16949 quality system of IN

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in chemical or textile engineering

• At least 3 years work experience in R&D

• Good team spirit, good communicating skill

• Successful project management experience

• Good communication and speaking and writing in English.Good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs as Excel, Word, Power Point
