You will partner with the Account teams to align at the stakeholder level, building and maintaining strong relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve business value and ROI from their investment with Lacuna. </span></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Oversee technical projects using standard project management and program management processes and tools</li><li>Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer</li><li>Support Product Teams’ development software by formulating objectives, planning deliverables and resource availability plans</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder reviews (inclusive of client, Product, vendors, etc) of functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables</li><li>Formulate, track, and execute project plans with project teams, with specific focus on enabling rollout of Lacuna products with new clients</li><li>Work with Product and Account teams to apply learnings from each client engagement to future efforts</li><li>Partner with Product team on scoping resource and cost implications for clients</li><li>Responsible for stewardship of client budget</li><li>Clearly communicate project status to all stakeholders</li><li>Work with Product and Client teams to identify, prioritize and mitigate project issue and risks</li><li>Responsible for assessing the impact of shifting priorities on the project when changes are required</li><li>Ensure planning meetings, daily updates, customer reviews and retrospective meetings are held consistently and are run effectively</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills:</h3><ul><li>Excellent project management skills: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management</li><li>Creative solving of technical problems to ensure the ability to translate business requirements into project plans</li><li>Well versed in Agile software project management and the software development life cycle</li><li>Navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with stakeholders</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog</li><li>Strong sense of initiative and a sense of urgency, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks; improving current work processes; and assisting others when necessary</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities</li><li>Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts</li><li>Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally</li><li>Team player who is comfortable under pressure</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">Lacuna is an equal opportunity employer.
