Product Manager - Grid Integration (all genders)

Your mission:<br> <ul><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You will work on the further development of our park controller blue'Log XC to meet legal requirements in the renewable energy environment</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">The focus here is on grid integration, energy management and the further development of PV and battery controllers into hybrid controllers</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You will familiarize yourself with country-specific market requirements and guidelines for grid integration and evaluate the gap for our products. You will be supported by our development controller team.</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You derive new product requirements from feedback from competitor analyses, customers, specialist departments and market requirements and define the roadmap with a view to cost-effectiveness</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You create specifications for new functions and support their implementation in the area of product management and in exchange with our development department in an agile environment</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">Training and informing our colleagues about the products in collaboration with our training department and technical editorial team</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You occasionally support marketing and international sales with customers, online meetings, webinars and trade fairs</li></ul> Your profile:<br> <ul><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You have completed a technical degree in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energies or similar</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You have &gt; 3 years of professional experience</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">You have gained experience in product or project management and have a basic understanding of software development processes</li><li style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(0,0,0);">Ideally, you already have experience in the field of renewable energy generation, electricity grids, electricity trading and are familiar with grid connection guidelines.
